Winning Brands Corporation (OTCMKTS:WNBD) Restarts Filings At OTC Platform

Winning Brands Corporation (OTCMKTS:WNBD) has resumed submission at OTC Markets. This initiative delivers on the firm’s announcement in January that it was ramping-up businesses after a quiet period, by implementing initiatives to restore momentum, enhanced shareholder value and accomplish new goals.

The update

Regaining the OTC current information tier needs completion of 2016 and 2015 filings. With the uploading of Q2 2015 at OTC platform, the updating process is ongoing, according to plan. Q3 2015 and Q4 2015 report will be uploaded in coming period. 2016 filings will commence shortly thereafter. By this plan Winning Brands will be allowed, and will be listing with the current status in Q2 2017, as planned.

Winning Brands latest announcement will support company’ announcement of January that the firm is preparing Regulation A, Tier I submission with the SEC, on Form 1-A. That submission is also planned for Q2 2017. The fact that securities purchase agreement worth a $1.5 Million has already been finalized in relation with the Regulation ‘A’ plan benefits company by eliminating any uncertainty about subscribers’ participation in the Regulation A offering.

The updated FY2015 and FY2016 operating report being submitted with OTC Markets indicate that despite the firm’s 2015 and 2016 contest in getting funds for marketing, leading in weaker sales during those preceding periods, Winning Brands maintained operational integrity and succeeded in reducing its losses against earlier years.

Consistent loss-decline on a YoY basis, over many years, has been a symbol of Winning Brands performance in its public period. This cost control positions company as a strong candidate for recording profitability from its reduced cost base when marketing opportunities and pent-up sales are activated.

The cash proceeds of the Regulation ‘A’ financing will allow this new activity to happen. To increase future shareholder value beyond the firm’s original business strategy, Winning Brands is placing emphasis on revenue sharing prospects with product innovators.
