Viva Entertainment Group Inc (OTCMKTS:OTTV) a developer of an OTT setup via which television services are offered using the web reported the appointment of Thomas Ashley an industry expert to its Board. Michael Nagle will function as an independent director of the firm.

Viva Entertainment’s Board is now comprised of 5, with Johnny Falcones serving as board’s Chairman. Nagle has extensive experience in the digital market, and his efforts are mainly focused on strategic partnership development and branded entertainment. He planned Bloomberg’s venture into the On Demand market and oversaw Playboy’s marketing and distribution team.

Johnny Falcones, the CEO, expressed that having Nagle completes Viva board with excellence. He will play an extensive role in the decision-making when it is more about his field of expertise. His experience in the entertainment market led him to start his journey with company. From day one he assisted grow the careers of Marc Anthony and Soleil J. This expert then extended his career with Icons like Tito Puente and Celia Cruz. He advanced a successful record label turning it in to a multi-million-dollar label.

Nagle has spent over 25 years in the media industry working for Columbia/ SONY Records, Bloomberg LP, The Box Music Network, NatureVision TV and Playboy. He is CEO and Chairman of Ashling Digital, Inc. Nagle managed Bloomberg’s TV and advanced product advancement businesses from 2000- 2005. He represented Bloomberg and worked on behalf of autonomous programmers with the FCC on Broadcast Must-Carry regulation as well as contrasting A La Carte Packaging guideline.
