Sylios Corp (OTCMKTS:UNGS) Updates On Launch Of GCC Superstore

Sylios Corp (OTCMKTS:UNGS) a holding firm with tasks in the development and exploration of oil and natural gas resources, site specific real estate progression, holdings in stocks, corporate debt and related investments, informed its shareholders that The Greater Cannabis Company, Inc. plan to release its GCC Superstore on upcoming St. Patrick’s Day.

The buzz

The GCC Superstore, a subsidiary firm of The Greater Cannabis, will start its e-commerce store concentrated on cannabis linked merchandise on March 17, 2017, which marks as St. Patrick’s Day. Product segments will comprise Vaporizers, Hand Pipes, E-Liquids, Grinders, Water Pipes, Hemp related offerings, CBD oils, vapes, dispensing kiosks and drinks, just to list a few. The GCC Superstore will begin with in surplus of 150 SKUs, and will persist to add new products and categories during its expansion.

Sylios is currently functioning with its transfer Agent, named Pacific Stock Transfer, and the “FINRA” to assist the spin-off of The Greater Cannabis to shareholders as of the record, February 3, 2017. All due shares to shareholders will be given directly to the certificated owner, whether it be the stockholder or the broker dealer.

As per the update, the S-1 Registration Statement intended for The Greater Cannabis is being finalized and will be submitted with the “SEC” upon notice from FINRA. During this registration procedure with the SEC and FINRA, the firm will file a short list of trading tickers for The Greater Cannabis. Once the firm is apprised of the permitted symbol, it will update shareholders. Sylios will inform investors of additional operational measures for The Greater Cannabis in the upcoming future.

Wayne Anderson, the President of Sylios, reported that they appreciate the patience that company’s shareholders have displayed during this spin-off. They have waited for this aspect of business plan to materialize. The company is also working diligently to launch additional cannabis related commerce under The Greater Cannabis brand.
