The products

EVERx is a fitness and wellness, and also sports nutritional supplement brand popular for products infused with Cannabidiol. The EVERx brand was developed by, and is owned by none other than North American. The company has a marketing association with City Blends Smoothie Cafe. To update, PURA licensed from North American the rights to advance and market a CBD infused Alkaline water and Bottled water.

PURA has been also associated with Alkame Holdings, Inc. to combine its patented technology with PURA’s cannabis extract process that alters the water structure, producing a combination of aspects that are unprecedented in the drink industry.

The ALKM patented know-how breaks down the hydrogen links, decreasing water’s cluster size, offering a more efficient delivery setup for the CBD. Isolated from the infused Cannabidiol, the ALKM technology constitutes an optimum alkaline pH level made with electrolytes and antioxidants for effective hydration. The company has private labeled Alkame’s patented alkaline water.

Earning a present market cap of $33,200, North American has virtually no cash on its books, which is well-adjusted by almost no current liabilities. On Wednesday, the stock opened week and was trading deep in red in early trading session.
