Energy Efficiency Innovator HPEV, Inc. (OTCQB: WARM) Shines in Critical Commercialization Test

HPEV, Inc. (OTCQB: WARM), an intellectual property and product development company that employs a license and royalty model, announced Tuesday, December 17th, 2013, that Mohler Technology, Inc. (“MTI”) of Boonville, Indiana (an industry-leading motor testing, manufacturing and repair facility), completed tests for a generator with HPEV technology built inside.

Timothy Hassett, HPEV’s CEO and co-founder, stated in the company’s press release dated December 17th, “We are extremely pleased with the results of the testing. The machine performed exactly as expected and further demonstrates the ‘game changing’ impact of our technology on the motor and generator world.”

The customer, who has yet to be named, has declined to be announced publically due to competitive reasoning.  The goal of the test was to determine the power density improvement achieved by the integration of the HPEV technology.  The test was also intended to ensure that the generator met industry certification standards so that commercialization in the motor/generator industry can begin.

The generator puts out significantly more power and requires less expensive materials to manufacture.  The company believes this to be a major breakthrough for an industry that has seen little to no change since the 1950’s.
