Broadside Enterprises, Inc. (OTCMKTS:BRSE) Subsidiary Expands International Sales Operations

Broadside Enterprises, Inc. (OTCMKTS:BRSE) reported that its subsidiary Framepool AG, a leading provider firm of stock footage to film, commercial and TV producers, has expanded its global sales operations in Paris and Los Angeles by bringing on board two key sales professionals.

Sarah Fraser joins Framepool from Corbis where she served for more than 13 years focusing on clients of West Coast broadcast. Thomas Dejardin joins Framepool from Corbis where he served for more than 14 years aiming the French market. Christopher Petzel, the CEO of Broadside, reported that its Framepool subsidiary possess the best sales teams in the operations and the addition of Dejardin and Fraser will only make company stronger as they expand service offering as well as market presence.

Broadside Enterprises based in Irvine is a publicly listed firm with two divisions: Ventures and Entertainment. As part of its entertainment segment, the firm owns 86.6% of the due shares of Framepool AG, a firm with three operating subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, France and the United States.

The company has its staff present in different places including Munich, New York, Los Angeles, Paris and London. Framepool collects, lists and prepares high quality premium video footage from TV, commercial film or movie producers and offers licenses to its increasing library of more than one million clips. It should be known that it is one of the world’s largest library. The services are offered to about 3,500 active clients, among them the most leading are advertising agencies, film studios, production companies and broadcasters.

It also offers indemnification and rights clearance services, has started offering production services for film intensive documentaries and is progressing towards the licensing of stock photography. Broadside Enterprises has market capitalization of just about 3,000, and is trading close to its 52-week high of $0.0006.
