ATA Inc. (ADR) (NASDAQ:ATAI) To Attend LD Micro Invitational and Schedules 4Q2016 Conference Call

ATA Inc. (ADR) (NASDAQ:ATAI) has announced that it would be attending the 6th Annual LD Micro Invitational, being held in Los Angeles, on June 7, 2016. The event is scheduled to stretch on for two days, during which the company management plans to hold one-on-one meetings with investors and other interested parties. It is expected that a total of 195 companies, from the small and micro capital space, would be taking part in the conference.

ATAI is one of the leading service provider of testing related services and as well as a provider of advanced testing technologies. The company is based in China and caters to the surrounding market. Furthermore, ATAI has also scheduled a conference call, in regard to its 4Q2016 and FY2016 financial results. The company would also provide a corporate update for the quarter. ATAI’s FY runs from April 1 to March 31, with the 4Q2016 ending on March 31, 2016.

The last time ATA held a conference call, in February 2016, the company reported a record quarter. The company had reported an 80% increase in net revenues, reaching up to $34.2 million. ATAI had stated that the surge was mainly due to the CPA exam being held, during the 3Q2016, while it was held during the 2Q2015, the year before. However, even if the effects of the exam were removed, revenues had increased 18.7%. As such, net income for the quarter was up by 100.5%, which was also partially contributed by a 71.2% increase in gross profits.

ATAI also had a very strong balance sheet, at the end of the 3Q2016, with a cash position of $43.8 million. Furthermore, the company had no long-term debts. Since then, the company has had a change in its board of directors, with Mr. Zhilei Tong taking over the reins.

ATA Inc.(ADR) (NASDAQ:ATAI) completed the May 25 trading session with a loss of 4.35% in terms of share value, to close at $4.84, after having a trade volume of 3,829.
