Adaptive Media, a Subsidiary of Mimvi, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Ember, Inc.

Adaptive Media, a subsidiary of Mimvi, Inc. (OTCQB: MIMV), a multi-channel audience and content monetization company working with website owners, app developers and video content publishers to better optimize the serving of content and ads together, announced Tuesday, September 24th, that the company has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Ember, Inc.  This will be an ‘all-stock’ transaction and is expected to be completed within the fourth quarter of 2013.

Ember is a Demand-Side Platform (DSP) that currently leverages learning algorithms and contextual and semantic engines.   This is intended to bring more transparency to online video advertising placements.  Ember has built a transparent real-time bidding platform which ensures brand safety and generates revenues by taking a percentage of all transactions that flow through this system.

The company believes that acquiring Ember was a strategic move, giving Adaptive Media an important and valuable platform that is expected to generate millions of dollars of revenue.
